Not wanting to sit at home by myself on a holiday (even though it is only Easter), I'm planning a casual little brunch for two this Sunday. On the menu is home-cured citrus salmon with bagels/cream cheese/capers, Sriracha deviled eggs, and mini-baked donuts with Nutella frosting (recipes forthcoming).
